It takes a special kind of person to volunteer at Hope's Door. All of our volunteers bring experience, passion and expertise from all areas of life and work. Being a volunteer at Hope's Door can be a very demanding, sometimes frustrating, but always rewarding experience. All volunteers are required to adhere to standards of confidentiality, attend regular training, comply with guidelines, present a non-judgmental attitude, and have a commitment to non-violence. Background checks may be required. Training will be provided for anyone who becomes a volunteer with us. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Volunteer Staff at Hope's Door, please contact Ariel Foster, the Volunteer Coordinator.
If you are interested in speaking with someone at Hopes Door, there is a staff member available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you. You may also fill out our online form to request additional information.
